anywayz just a head;s up, as some of you may have heard i hooked up with a producer via universal recently, he’s really underground and hes a bit of a weirdo, but overall we’re gettin’ along. goes by the name o HUNKTY (the fuckin’) KRUNKTY. in 2002 he released a mixtape called Krunkty Kountry, which had some pretty dpe beatz on there, but he never got picekd up as a professional rapper, so he jut a producer now, but he’s really great. he worked on some stuff a while back wit DJ Green Lantn, also a couple of other Shadyville artists i cant talk about because id be breachin some contractz. anyway his carerr began in ’99 when he wrote, produced n performed the “DK Rap” for nintendo game donkey king, that led to him really hittin tha radar, so he was asked to do some other advertisements n stuff, thgey didnt work out, which led to the mixtape and his manager recommendin he do producin instead.
here’s a interview with him in the studio in 2002, and also interviews wit people from product line, dude from streeet etc – this is from the 2002 DVd docomentary “Under tha Ground There’s a Thang Called Rap”.
pretty dope stuff right therr, but please note his manager, pipp, died recently. rip dude. also that lil’ ripper guy was never heard from again, apparently went to rehab n shit. but yeah HUNKTY still around boiz, and he here to stay. he be producin my mixtape, All Those Fags I Hated (I’mma Fuckin’ Kill Them) as we speak, he lookin over some beat ideas i had, puttin that together, gettin the song (He Raped Me Like We Was Brokeback) into shipshape in time for more intense recordin next week before xmas. basically i record stuff hre in my home studio and also in universal sydney’s studio, and we send it to santee, cali for hunkty to look at and work on. good times.
however, not all good – recently came to caocao’s attention that some SHIT new song is on the radio, sampling fucking IMOGEN HEAP’s hide & seek. FUCK THAT SHIT this fucker JASON DERUDO be STEALING caocao’s stuff now. basically that guy talked to EMI about a week after I was talkin to them about songs for my first mixtape, showed em a demo from a track called “Hidin’ n’ Seekin’” which was me n imogen heap, they didnt like it too much cuz i refused to basterdise the song and make it mostly rap, so they kicked me out and i left my tape there or somethin. they told me dis JASON guy was gonna audition soon as well, apparently he went there, heard the tape and then STOLE IT before warner signed him. FUCL DAT SHIT DERULO get da fuck out o the industry if you gon be stealin caoca’s brainbabies den rapin’ em and claimin’ deir newborns is your own. get a life. if you sample katy perry i swear i’mma fuckin’ kill you. anyway Hidin’ n’ Seekin’ might appear on a mixtape later or somethin as a bonus.
